- In Outlook, click Home -> Store (or Add-ins) on the ribbon.
- On the Add-Ins for Outlook page, search for Citrix Files.
- When Citrix Files displays, slide the toggle from Off to On.
Citrix Files is now available for use with Outlook for Mac.

Symptoms or Error
Citrix Gateway plugin doesn't function with macOS Big Sur (macOS 11.x) . Citrix VPN client was built using Apple’s private VPN APIs that is now deprecated

Citrix Receiver For Mac Download

Note : Citrix SSO app cannot be launched from browser. It has to be launched natively by the user i.e open the app manually and connect to a vserver. Citrix Endpoint Analysis plugin (EPA plugin) for macOS will continue to work as it doesn’t use Kexts.

Problem Cause
Citrix Gateway plugin for macOS uses kernel extensions (Kext). Apple has announced in Catalina (macOS 10.15) that Kexts would be deprecated in a future version of macOS.
